Project PULSE (Post-graduation Understanding of Learner Skills & Employability) is a Curriculum Exit Survey system designed to gather feedback from Grade 12 students of the Division of Zamboanga Sibugay.
Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, Learner Reference Number (LRN), birthdate, sex, contact number
- Academic Information: Track, strand, specialization, section, school, and adviser details
- Survey Responses: Answers to the Curriculum Exit Survey questionnaire
- Account Data: Login credentials (hashed passwords), session logs, and activity timestamps
Purpose of Data Collection
- To conduct and analyze the Curriculum Exit Survey for graduating Grade 12 students
- To generate insights for curriculum improvement and institutional development
- To provide authorized school administrators, principals, and teachers with aggregated reports
- To verify and authenticate user access to the system
Data Protection
- Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt)
- Access to personal data is restricted by role-based permissions
- Survey responses are anonymized in aggregate reports
- Data is stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
Data Sharing
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties outside of the Division of Zamboanga Sibugay's educational administration. Aggregated and anonymized survey results may be used for research and policy development.
